keys, and a canny guitarist Gav to compliment the rest! Stuff includes a lot of "softer" AOR stuff as well as a bit of Pop/rock

tribute band Black Rose and Damage Control sticksman ********************************************* 'Absolutely fantastic!' 'The band are all brilliant, but the singer and lead guitarist are summat

Club ********************************************* 'We were going for a meal tonight but heard the sound-check and they were so good we decided to stay for the rest of the night!' 'brilliant band, great songs and the singer is fantastic!' Jan, Ian and friend - Smugglers Bar ********************************************* "What (BorderLand) do is what it's all about for me. Great band enjoying what they do and a room full of people really enjoying themselves. (I prefer heavier stuff personally), but you can't fault the band in what they play...'Don't Stop Believing', 'Jump', 'Animal' and stuff by Tears for Fears, etc. (and a) great chanter in Mark. Plenty of calls for encores and the band looked like they didn't want to stop. A nice change from the heavier stuff, and just the band for a 'party' atmosphere where the girls (& boys!) like to get up and boogie". Davy Potter, Davy's Rock Page - after Star gig 2007 ********************************************* "Saw (BorderLand) at the Garrick's Head and I was was well impressed. The keyboards add an extra dimension to it all. Good at what they do and a very enjoyable change. Bumblebee, Big Ginger Gigts webpage ********************************************* "Absolutely fantastic!! You had the place absolutely jumping and we want you back asap!! Steve, Manager - Star Inn, Newcastle. ********************************************* "As a soundman I get to hear all sorts of music in the Region and these lads are cracking at what they do. Great harmonies, playing, and lead vocalist (Mark) has both a fantastic soulful voice and terrific range. Reminded me of Peter Cox from Go West - superb". Dave Clark, FOH PA hire ********************************************* The best band we've had on all year, f***in' brilliant!!! - Vivien, from the Garricks Head, North Shields 25th May 07 ********************************************* Just wanted to pass on a few comments
about BorderLand. This is a relatively new band on the scene but they are getting some terrific reviews and comments
from whatever venue they play. The lead singer (Mark Harrsion) has a phenomenal voice which is backed up with fantastic harmonies
from other band members, who themselves are all superb musicians in their own right. If I mention that the drummer Dave Peckett
is also a founder member of Diablo with his son Davy, it will give some indication of the calibre I am talking about.
